The artist retains the rights to any design or portrait commissioned or bought from Violet Beeline. I reserve the rights to use the commissioned artwork on any marketing material, this website and social media accounts. If you do not wish for your portrait to be shown online, please let me know when you order. You may not reproduce any artwork by Violet Beeline for any purpose other than personal use.

Payment

Payment must be made in full before your commissioned piece will be started.

 Refunds

No refunds will be given on digital items. If you have any issues with a purchased item please contact me personally so we can resolve the problem. I pride myself on providing excellent customer service so I will be happy to resolve the issue for you.

Cancellations

Pet portrait commissions

Commissioned pet portrait orders include a non-refundable deposit of $20. Cancellations must be made via email or direct message within 24 hours of your payment to receive a refund of the remainder of the purchase price. If you cancel after 24 hours, the full amount will be retained to cover the artist time, administrative, artistic mock ups and any work that has been started on your piece.

Workshops

Workshop booking fees include a non-refundable deposit of $20 per person. Cancellations must be made via email or direct message before 24 hours of the start time of your workshop in order to be refunded the remainder of the booking fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of the booked workshop, the full amount will be retained to cover materials, loss of business and artist’s time. Your place in the workshop is transferable, so you can gift your place to someone you know without incurring any fees. Please let me know else via email prior to the commencement of the workshop if you have given your place to someone.
